Return and Refund Policy for The Big Bang Store
At The Big Bang Store, we are committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes, things don't go as planned. Please read our refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth process should you need to consider a refund.
No Refunds on Trading Card Games, Booster Packs, or Opened Items:
- Due to the nature of Trading Card Games (TCGs), booster packs, and the integrity of sealed products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any TCG products, including but not limited to Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, and Yu-Gi-Oh!.
- Opened items cannot be returned for a refund. Once the original packaging has been breached, the item is considered used and is not eligible for a refund.
General Refund Policy:
- For all other items, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must meet the following conditions:
- The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
- A restocking fee of 15% will be charged or all returns.
Exceptions:
- Defective items or incorrect items received may be eligible for exchange or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a claim.
Process:
- To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.
Refund Time Frame:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
International Orders – Warehouse Shipping Services
- Please note that international orders placed using third-party warehouse or freight forwarding services (such as Aramex Global Shopper or similar) are not supported by The Big Bang Shop.
- Orders identified as being shipped to international warehouse addresses will be automatically cancelled, and a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative, handling, and restocking costs. Note that we do NOT refund international credit cards or payment methods. You will need to provide SWIFT Banking Details. You will be responsible for all banking fees incurred.
