Domestic and International Shipping

Shipping Options: We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. The available options for your order will be presented to you at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- The Big Bang Gaming Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- The Big Bang Gaming Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you have selected our insurance option at checkout, you will be protected from loss or damage. Without the selection of the insurance option, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Insurance Option
- For added protection, we offer a shipping insurance option at checkout. This insurance covers the full value of your goods in the event of loss or damage during transit. We highly recommend selecting this option for peace of mind during the delivery process.
International Shipping Policy
- We ship internationally to certain countries. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the products can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from The Big Bang Store, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
A 20% processing fee applies to all pre-order cancellations without any exceptions.
Order Shipping Information
Orders that include pre-order items will be shipped only once all items are available.
It's important to note that the expected arrival dates for pre-orders can change due to unforeseen production or shipping delays, which are out of our control.
Pre-Order Pricing
Pre-order prices may vary upon the arrival of the items. Adjustments can be made before the orders are shipped. Full payment is required to secure a pre-order, which is non-refundable.
Early Shipping Requests
If you request to receive part of your order earlier, an additional shipping fee of R99 will be charged.
Adjusting Order Quantities
We may adjust product quantities in orders at our discretion. You will be informed of any changes made to your order.
Pre-order items are allocated and fulfilled in the sequence orders were received, subject to availability.
