Gold rises in hills. Gems glint like watchful eyes. Artists David Astruga, Brandon L. Hunt, and Gaboleps hide heirlooms of Erebor half-buried among goblets, crowns, rings, and relics no hand has touched in years—not without consequence. To Smaug, every shining thing is more than treasure. It is proof of his greatness, measure of his power, and another reason for thieves to keep their distance.
Among such splendor, even the smallest artifact becomes worth guarding with tooth, flame, and terrible conversation. Step carefully. The King under the Mountain may be gone, but the Dragon is very much at home.
